An exceptional home designed around an exceptional site. Sensitive to its environment, Gin Point is set into the hillside, its curve curling around archaeological middens and kumara pits. Exterior finishes include macrocarpa beams and cladding hand milled from the surrounding farm, copper flat seam and commercial aluminum roofing profiles. Industrial surface polished, oxide tinted concrete floors and encaustic tiles feature throughout.
