This waterfront home is constructed of solid masonry, creating deep window reveals and walls up to 350mm thick. This unique design features purpleheart hardwood structures with clear sealed steel trowel finished plaster, interior walls are predominantly honed blockwork with Tasmanian oak ceilings. Combined, these elements showcase the high level of detail and workmanship that went into this build.
